Les Csorba is a writer, teacher, executive recruiter, and leadership counselor to corporate CEO's and corporate boards. He served on the White House senior staff as an aide to President George H. W. Bush for Personnel (National Security Affairs), and was a Governor George W. Bush appointee to the Texas Skills Standards Board. On May 31, 2007, President George W. Bush appointed him to the Presidential Commission of White House Fellowships (see Press Release).  Presently, he is a partner with Heidrick & Struggles International, the world's premier executive search and leadership consulting firm.

Les is the author of TRUST: The One Thing That Makes or Breaks a Leader, (an Amazon.com bestseller) published by Thomas Nelson in 2004. His articles have appeared in the Wall Street Journal's National Employment Weekly, Corporate Board Member Magazine, The Boston Globe, The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Chicago Tribune, The Houston Chronicle, the Houston Business Journal, and USA Today among others. He has appeared on national television networks such as FOX News, CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, and others. Les graduated from the University of California, Davis in l985. 

Today he serves on the board of Yellowstone Academy, an inner-city private faith-based school. Les, his wife, Anne, and their four children live in Houston, but spend as much time as possible at Hidden Hills Farm - their "shire on the outskirts of Middle-earth."
